The menu on the left will enable you to access or enter information relating to your
freight including creating consignments, data sent to us, tracking of consignments, displaying POD’s and reprinting invoices.

ServiceIT
|
|
If you have a customer service enquiry you can enter the details online (naturally you can still call us if you prefer).
Your saved enquiry will appear on our Customer Service screen for action by our staff. Don’t forget to use the Track and Trace page to find out about your consignment first as this may provide the information you need.

SendIT Web
|
|
This is an online page to enable freight to be despatched or a quote requested. If despatching freight the appropriate documentation can be printed and if requesting a quote you will have the opportunity to accept the quote.
This page will also allow you to list all consignments for a requested day.

Track and Trace
|
|
Tracking and POD information available for a consignment can be displayed from this page.
Consignments can be selected based on a Consignment Number or a Reference Number or the Consignment Date

|
|
Invoices
|
|
All invoices issued to you can be displayed and reprinted from this page.
The invoices are grouped in a list by month and date.
|

My Download Files
|
|
If you are a electronic customer using either our installed SendIT program or creating files from your own systems then this page will enable you to check what has been transmitted to our system.
The page will show a list of files for the date requested (defaults to today’s date) and if you select a file you will be able to display a list of the consignments in the file.
